Stage 01: DISCOVER
Open talent trials held across Lagos and regional scouting centers. Every player receives an official candidate ID and equal time on the pitch under evaluator eyes.
Stage 02: EVALUATE
Shortlisted prospects are invited to intensive technical camps. Physical metrics, tactical awareness, and mental resilience are logged and reviewed by UEFA coaches.
Stage 03: DEPLOY
Selected academy graduates are onboarded into our Cyprus European base for final showcase matches and direct trial placements with partner European clubs.
