Designed specifically for Under-20 prospects across West Africa, this flagship scouting event provides a direct, transparent runway from Nigerian grassroots football to professional European academy placement.
World-Class Scouting & Evaluation
Selected players will undergo rigorous physical, tactical, and mental assessments conducted by UEFA-licensed evaluation coaches. Every athlete's performance metrics—including top-end sprint speed, agility, decision-making under pressure, and positional discipline—will be logged into Royal Crest FC's proprietary scouting database.

- UEFA-Standard Coaching: Training modules modeled after European academy standards.
